1. How Can I Register at First time on RTS Portal

If the citizen is a first time user he or she needs to register on the portal and by clicking the Register me link. The New User Registration page will allow the user for registering and generating a User Id and Password. Once all the mandatory details like name email mobile number etc. are provided by the user One Time Password OTP is sent to users mobile number. On successful verification of the One Time Password a popup appears for changing the password.

2. How Can I Login After Successfully Registration on RTS Portal

Citizen needs to login the web portal. New users can register themselves to access the online services. The Citizen Login page allows the Citizen to login in order to avail the Citizen services by providing the appropriate login credentials.
